1.If you are working with RA-keys in your orders, then you have to maintain the specific version as a WIP/RA-version (Transaction OKEQ).
Please check if there is customizing in transactions OKG1 and OKG9.
Maintain the RA configuration for your version in OKG2.
If this has been completed, then R/3 expects WIP/RA.
Or
2. Delete the RA key order master data (Tab Control) if you do not use it.
Point 2 is the best long term solution should the use of the RA key
not be required.

Answer:
Create a version using Tcode: OKEQN and check WIP/RA check box. Now select the version and click on 'Setting for each fiscal year" and make entry of 20XX.
Then in OKG2 assign this version to the controlling area. In OKG2 there
are lot of other CO settings required to be done. May be you can take your
CO Consultant help.

IMG -> Controlling -> Product Cost Controlling -> Cost Object Controlling
-> Product Cost by Order -> Period-End Closing
-> Work in Process -> Define Results Analysis Versions
Define controlling area xxx with version 0. Copy it from another 0001 /1000.
Technical RA cost element is a secondary cost element category 31. You need to create cost element in your controlling area via KA06. I think controlling area 0001 / 1000 uses '610000' and you can use the same.
