What is the use of MMSC
 
Answer:
 
With TCode: MMSC, system will automatically extend your material to the storage locations view maintained in MMSC for that plant. 
 
MRP indicator Deletion In MMSC 
 

Question:
 
For one material in MMSC, exclude MRP indicator was set for a storage location. 
 
When the exclude MRP indicator is active in MMSC, the MRP doesn’t consider the stock in this sloc for MRP right?
Now I want to remove this indicator and make that stock in sloc to be considered for the MRP.
 
In MMSC it is a grey field, so how to remove this indicator once entered?
 
Answer:
 
MMSC cannot be used to remove entries, it can only be used for creation.
 
You can use MM17 to mass update the MRP indicator.
 
or
 
Goto MM02 
 
--> enter Material Number, Plant & Storage Location --> select view MRP 4 --> then you can remove the Storage location MRP indicator.
