The course covers order management process flows, application functionality, and requirements for managing and controlling sales order fulfilment.
This course also covers customer management, sales credits, pricing, and picking and shipping

Required prerequisite of Oracle Applications 11i Order to Cash: Overview and Order Management (course 64108), and suggested prerequisite of Oracle Applications Release 11i: Navigation (course 64101).

Unit 1: Pricing: Introduction 3 - 4 hours
• Identify the features of Oracle Pricing applicable in a specified situation.
• Match the different types of prices with the situations in which they are used.
• Create a price list by using the Price List Setup menu option.
• Implement a point price break by using the Price Lists form.
• Attach a secondary price list to a primary price list by using the Secondary Price List tab.
• Attach qualifiers to a price list by using the Qualifiers tab.
• Copy a price list by using the Copy Price List menu option.
• Adjust the prices on a price list by using the Adjust Price List menu option.
• Add items to a price list by using the Add Items to Price List menu option.
• Identify the uses of pricing agreements applicable in a situation.
• Create a pricing agreement by using the Pricing Agreements form.
• Create a GSA price list by using the Define GSA Price form.
 

Unit 2: Pricing: Managing 3 - 4 hours
• Identify the formula component types used in a specific situation.
• Create a formula by using the Pricing Formulas form.
• Link a formula to a price list by using the Price Lists form.
• Update a formula by using the Update Formula Prices menu option.
• Create a value set for a formula by using the Value Sets form.
• Assign values to a value set by using the Values menu option.
• Link a value set to the Pricing Contexts descriptive flexfield by using the Descriptive Flexfield Segments form.
• Create a qualifier setup group by using the Qualifier Group form.
• Query a qualifier setup group by using the Qualifier Setup menu option.
• Modify a qualifier setup group by using the Qualifier Group form.
• Match the features of modifiers with the situations in which they are applicable.
• Match different types of modifiers with the situations in which they are used.
• Create a modifier list by using the Define Modifier form.
• Assign a list-level qualifier setup group to a modifier list by using List Qualifiers.
• Attach pricing attributes to a modifier line by using Pricing Attributes.
