Step 1: OLIX – Copy/delete versions of an info structure
Click Delete version
On the next screen filled in Sales Organization, Distribution Channel and Sales Document that need to be repaired.
Step 2: OLI7 – Statistical Setup from Old
Fill in the following parameters:
Info structure to be set up – S709
Save under version – you need to know the version your company is using
Sales Organization
Company code
SD document – Sales Order number that needs to be repaired
Name of run – Any run name
You are done and if you check table S709 again, the sales order overall status will now be corrected.
