You used OB08 to enter the exchange rate ratio (from) and ration (to).
There are three type of Exchange rate :-
1. EURO Euro Dollar
2. M Standard translation at average rate
3. R
Exchange rate for currency revaluation
Notes:
SPRO Path to Enter Exchange Rates:
SAP Netweaver -> General Setting -> Currencies -> Enter
Exchange Rates
For User SAP Menu Path:
Accounting -> Financial Accounting -> Environment -> Current
Settings -> Enter Exchange Rates
