The Stock Market resembles Bunjee Jumping

Bunjee-jumping anyone?  Once you jump, you are committed to fall.

It would be real nice to see the Market rally today, but the Market will do what it wants.

Did I ever tell you about a selling climax?

That happens when everything appears to just drop like a rock into a bottomless pit, and then there is a snap back as if a bunjee cord was tied to the price.

Isn't it just like a climax to be overly intoxicated with emotion?

It takes a strong stomach to watch profits turn losses, and losses get bigger. There is no reason to let it happen if you think that your timing is good enough to move out and back in.

Most people can't do it.

When the Market has caught the flu, after it gets sick, it will get better.

You can bet on it. When it happens, take a defensive strategy if you like or play the volatility game.

When the selling action intensifies, even the good strong stocks will eat dirt.

If you can make it through the flu fever, I promise you, there will be a recovery.

One thing to do is to keep money on the sidelines and reduce your risk and exposure and hope someone has remembered to tie the bunjee cord to the price.

As a matter of fact, it is always a good idea to keep some money on the sidelines just incase a buying opportunity presents itself.
