First, I check the table S708 and the billing document was not found.
Secondly, I run OLI9 - SIS Statistical Setup: Billing Docs, check S708 - Invoice Detail again and it was still not found.
Further checks show that the Customer Statistics Group in Customer Master XD02 (Sales Area Data - Sales tab) was input as + Masked instead of '1' - Grpe stat. clients.
User then contact Finance to update it as '1' - Grpe stat. clients. However, the new input impact only NEW Sales Order, Delivery and Billing only.
These 2 fields must have the following inputs before OLI9 can re-update correctly.
VBRK-STAFO = '1'
VBRP-STAFO = 'S01P1'
Select a valid (from table S708) and non-valid billing document to check the data differences.
In order to re-update the table S708, you need to have authorization to direct update the 2 table fields. After that, then you can run OLI9 to update the billing documents.
